Automate shorts with the SendShort n8n node

The community node n8n-nodes-sendshort (npm, MIT) adds SendShort to your n8n workflows. Import videos, clip them into shorts, make music videos and schedule posts to TikTok and YouTube. From Professional ($29/month).

Install and connect

In n8n, open Settings → Community Nodes → Install. Enter n8n-nodes-sendshort and install it.
In SendShort, open Settings → Preferences → API keys and create a key. It starts with ss_sk_.
In n8n, add a SendShort credential and paste the key.
Add the SendShort node or the SendShort Trigger to a workflow.

Self-hosted n8n: the SendShort Trigger needs a public HTTPS address, so that SendShort can send events to it.

Music Video: Create takes a song link or an uploaded audio file and a background (gameplay, aesthetic or your own video). The trigger starts the second workflow when the video is ready. Use only songs that you have the rights to. See the music video generator.
