How to schedule TikTok videos with SendShort
SendShort makes your shorts and posts them for you. Open Schedule in the sidebar to see the content calendar. From there you plan, create and edit posts for TikTok and YouTube.
1. Make your shorts
Clip a long video into shorts, make a faceless video or an AI avatar video, or upload a short that you already have.
2. Open the calendar
Click Schedule in the sidebar. Switch between the Week, Month and Agenda views to see what goes out and when.
3. Pick TikTok, YouTube or both
Choose the account and the date and time. For TikTok videos, you can choose "Save as a draft" to send the video to your TikTok inbox.
4. Bulk-schedule a batch
Select several videos and use "Schedule N items". Pick the gap between posts: 12 hours, daily, 2 days, 3 days or weekly.
5. Post now or retry
Use Post now to publish a post at once. If a post fails, click Retry.

Frequently asked questions
Can SendShort schedule posts to Instagram or Facebook?
No. The SendShort scheduler posts to TikTok and YouTube only. For Instagram Reels, Facebook and other platforms, export the video and post it yourself.
Can I save a TikTok post as a draft?
Yes. For videos, choose "Save as a draft". SendShort sends the video to your TikTok inbox, and you finish the post in the TikTok app. Slideshow formats and series have a "Send to TikTok as a draft" option.
Can I schedule many videos at once?
Yes. Select the videos and use "Schedule N items". Pick the gap between posts: 12 hours, daily, 2 days, 3 days or weekly.
What happens when a post fails?
The post shows as failed in the calendar. Click Retry to try again, or Post now to publish at once.
Which plan includes the scheduler?
Every plan. The scheduler for TikTok and YouTube and the content calendar are included from Starter, and plans start at $15/month. Automated Series, the AI Agent and the API need Professional ($29/month) or Business.
